TELKOM TERRIBLE USELESS NO SERVICE

telkom is not even worth one star. i cancelled my mobile data month to month contract with them in June 2018 already.. still every month a fee gets deducted. went into the store at woodlands mall, they can't help me.. they gave me a number to phone, the operator is so rude and just dropped the call.. as i am typing this im currently on hold for 10 min already.. poor poor poor service.. will never ever use them again..
