TELKOM terrible: They do not care about the CUSTOMER

I have problem with a Data contract that was send back to Telkom. For them to cancel and sort out the Data contract 2years later still problem. The contract was Hacked and change intp Cellphone contract. Telkom struggle to do their job and they only ignore my requests to help me sort this problem out for 2years now.

They do not care about their customer. They running a monopoly that you cannot speak to the correct people to resolve you problem. TERRIBLE TERRIBL TERRIBLE
