Telkom - Terrible Terrible Service 10213

Very upset after fixed cables have been ****** on two occasions. Telkom refused to install and advised me to move to LTE, which I did and after requesting Telkom to keep my email addresses they went and cancelled them. I have contacted them to reinstate my email and either the calls get dropped or their computers are off line. I have to keep going through their security checks and BOOM call drops. They working from home so I suppose they picking their flipping noses and forget to go back to my call
