TELKOM TERRIBLE TELECOMMUNICATION TRADERS

It seems that the only way to get a response from Telkom is through this page. I have had no cellular network connection for almost 2 months and can in no way contact them.'Emails are not answered and dialing the problem number and choosing the options results in a message telling me that an SMS has been sent which I obviously cannot receive with no network. Alternatively, I get through to a woman who tells me to phone the number I have just dialed. I sent an email asking them to tell me one good reason why I should renew my contract only to get an email back telling me my contract is about to expire.
