Telkom: Terrible service when you have issues

<p>Telkom over the years has been only 'fine' untill u have problems with your line.</p> <p>I had issues with my line where it would be unstable. high ping when cmd pinging and droping on packets.</p> <p>When you log the ticket for the to solve it you will probably have the issue for the next months to years as the technicians are so incompitant that when they assign something with the tech it is "Resolved that day" but it's not and you will have to open your ticket again and again.</p> <p> </p> <p>My own problems with telkom.</p> <p>Had telkom for a year or 2 but then the line started acting up and went unstable. I had to contact them many times for many tickets,. The issue did not get solved.</p> <p> </p> <p>How long until I had these issues.</p> <p>A year. A year of telkom not helping to fix my LINE !</p> <p>Left telkom's service for a year and came back to see if the problem is gone and it is still there and worse this time.</p> <p> </p> <p>What did the tech do at my residence?</p> <p>He just did a speed test and said everything was fine then went off!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>What did I do?</p> <p>Go to any other ISP if you have the same problem as telkom will probably never sort the ISSUE OUT!</p> <p>If the ISP uses your line then you might have the same issues still...</p> <p> </p> <p>I urge anyone that has the same problems to look towards a Micro internet option thats if you have it in your area as the LTE and 4G data rates are rediculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>Problems when phonign telkom</p> <p>Tell them that my download speed is 10kb/s on a 4 meg line and they tell me that its congestion.</p> <p>'Excuse me'!!! I had the line for 2 weeks and they tell me this rubish.</p> <p>If you cant meet your SLA then do something to so that your customers get the SLA that they are paying for !!!!!!</p>
