Telkom terrible service. Stay away!
Telkom Cradlestone.
Extremely poor service. Took us more than 2 hours to upgrade to our new phones. Plus we were required to pay R300 in order to upgrade whoch is not required at other branches (we were unaware of this fact until payment was due). Also none of the possible contracts were really explained. We had to ask for help from a relative.
We will definitely not be returning and encourage others to stear clear before you waste your time!

30 Jun 2018, 15:45After a further 30 minutes the telkom workers apologized for our extreme waste of time. I still feel extremely upset but at least it made up for it a little.
