Telkom terrible service provider

Telkom SA is the worst network ever! The customer service is appalling! My bill was up to date however suddenly I’m in arrears and there is no logical explanation for it! I’m planning on moving my services to a better network service provider! This is apparently when we live in a gidital world! I can’t even do my work!
