Telkom- terrible service provider

I hate this stupid service provider and will NEVER recommend it to anyone. I requested last year already around this time that they must cancel my LTE contract, till today that has not happened. They keep debiting my bank account and I constantly have to go to the bank to reverse the debit. Lately I have been receiving phone calls from their collections Dept that I owe them for a service that I have not been using simply because someone at their cancellation Dept is too *********** to do their job. Every time I contact them I get a different person with a different story as to why my contract has not yet been canceled. Telkom can I just get cancellation fee to end this whole terrible ordeal.
