Telkom - Terrible Service

Telkom, La Lucia Mall, has the worst service. My bill was significantly higher this month due to apparent "data usuage charges". They refuse to take responsibilty for their error and continuously blame the customer. Their excuses are absurd. The staff obviously have no clue as to how their system works. If they did, they would advise their customers in advance of any irregularities.
