Telkom terrible service

This really not right at all!!! Feels like being ****med but by a well known and respected company in SA and nobody cares. Telkom still has been taking money and sending me invoices to date but have no time to follow up on their “technical issues” I am here still paying for services I no longer receive or know about. Yet when I go check up on what’s going on, I get the same story AGAIN and AGAIN.
