Telkom - terrible service (actually NO SERVICE)

My Telkom line is out-of-order since 13 Dec'17 (Ref430CTZ131217) and I have contacted the call centre numerous times, escalated it with them and the e-mail escalation department without success! Still down with NO CONNECTIVITY whatsoever and if I had the choice of an alternative fixed line service provider, I would have been gone ages ago!! So annoying to operate in a great country with a 3rd world service provider!!
