Telkom: Terrible Service

The Service provided or rather lack thereof is terrible coming from Telkom. We have been trying for an entire month to get a call back to cancel the Wi-Fi contract since the 24 months are over. After requesting several call backs they keep dropping the call. Aside from the cancellation, they have been over charging us for 2 years. We have raised a ticket and spoke to countless people but no one can be bothered to give us a straight answer.
