Telkom terrible service

Since last week I've had a problem with network, I cannot surf the internet and I've been trying to get help with no luck whatsoever. I'm told to buy all network data which I have and they are not addressing the problem problem I have. I only get 2G now and with it I'm unable to use the internet. I have asked for assistance but I'm not getting any an have even asked that my contract be canceled cause it is useless and I have been completely ignored even when requesting that.
