Telkom terrible service

Telkom, your service is pathetic. Upgraded to a 4 Meg Line last year. Still getting a less than 2MB. My landline has also been dead since June and I’m getting billed. My internet services in the past month have been inconsistent and for the last 2 weeks have been getting speeds of less than 0,4MB . Tried using the app to report the fault but it’s useless. My land line is also dead and I’m unable to phone in to report the faults.
