Telkom terrible service

Been trying to cancel my ADSL service (which is not on contract) for 3 months. I am still being charged R372.81 monthly. Apparently no one can cancel it for me. I've been calling for 3 months. Disgusting service, I actually don't know what else I can do!! Do yourself a favour and don't ever get services from Telkom unless you desperately need a phone line. Other companies like Afrihost, Mweb are the way to go
