Telkom: terrible service

So I have recently had a terrible experience at the Telkom shop in Hatfield, not only this but the call centre has been incredibly unhelpful. Our data has been used at a rate so far yet un heard of by humans and this seems to be fine with the Telkom staff. I'm not aided in any way to solve the problem.
