Telkom Terrible Service

Telkom has the worst customer service EVER!!!! i have raised a number of queries since May 2018. I cancelled my contract because it had come to an end, they failed to cancel same, they have billed me incorrectly, I have submitted countless queries to no avail, nobody absolutely no one is able to assist me, i get forwarded from department to department. they promise to call me back but never do. i have since refused to pay anything and this has led to my credit being affected. absolutely horrible service.
