Telkom -- Terrible service

I have logged a call with telkom for our landline that is not working since 12-12-2017 till date. Call centre agent gave me *** for my call. Two weeks later the line still not fixed and the call was escalated with Ref: ********** . I was told that the technician is working on the faulty line (not sure how true that is, cause its been 5 weeks later). We need some serious intervention with the terrible service that we getting from Telkom.
