Telkom terrible service!

I have been trying for the past month to relocate my adsl line. I have called in and spent an hour on the phone with a truly *********** call center agent who was unable to assist me, and transferred me between departments only to be told there is no lines in the area! Yet there is a line when I checked myself online. I have been to a store twice and had staff baffled when I request the relocation. I have app**** online and have waited a week for them to call me and am still waiting. I find it unacceptable that such an *********** company has a monopoly on the countries fixed line network.
