Telkom terrible service

Hi I was forced to change my land line and threatened by Telkom that if I don't change to wireless by 5th December 2020 they would terminate my services and loose my number. They then finally after threatening me I agreed but I was not told it was a 24 month contract and they sent me a hisense cellphone the phone is a piece of junk my wife cannot see whos calling so I went to the telkom shop at overport city and they told me there's nothing they can do and basically chased me out of the shop I have had telkom landlines for almost 30 to 40 years I just want them to take back there hisense phone and they can take my number away
