Telkom TERRIBLE service.

I regret taking up a contract with Telkom. They have consistently negatively impacted my bureau standing because of their collection model. Appalling service, I advise anyone who's thinking of getting a Telkom contract because of their 'affordable' offerings to think TWICE! It's not worth the risk of having an adverse credit score and when you want to cancel you're given a hassle! Useless consultants, and useless branches -- especially the Mall Of Africa branch. I have never gotten help there, except when I was taking up a contract with them. Just useless, clueless, lazy bunch of people. Just lazy.
