Telkom terrible experience

Terrible experince ever!!!I sent my application for two cellphone devices on business (Iphone 11 and Iphone 11Pro max) and I was promised to have the devices within 5 days. On the 03 of October lady from vetting called to confirm my deal has been approved. To date I do not have any of the two devices and stock shortage cant be an excuse because one of the devices was available but the agent (Reabetswe(Northgate) refused on multiple occasions to issue me with the device) Stating that she first want to order the other device and issue them at the same time. On the 11 of October the manager called me to come to the store to collect the phones, when I get there for some reason she cant issue the phone because of system error. I enquire about the second phone because I am approved for two phones?? then, the responce: 'We no longer have it as it's sold' come back tomorrow so we can issue the phones we will source the other one from another store....Guys you wasted my time!!!
