Telkom terrible

I did cancel my landline and internet in 2023,and i have my Ref.num.Now collection company phone me and want money R1000 and somthing for what i did canceled.This is a problem at telkom a lot of people are struggling with this problem.I had to cancel, because i had the copper cables.And the technician came to my house and said to me that they are not fixing copper any more i must move over to fiber.And that was to expensive for me.That is way i canceled my internet and landline.I have my Ref. Num. People please make sure when you cancel at Telkom you got the ref num.
