Telkom Terrible!!!

Telkom could not offer me fiber service when i relocated, they told me to cancel I cancelled on numerous occasions via written communication and verbal, they still handed me over to Blake and associates who phone me about 4 times a day even after i sent them the supporting documents requesting cancellation. they keep saying they have not received my mail. Telkom admin .... really.... how can you tell me to cancel as you cannot provide me with a service and then hand me over for account unpaid
