Telkom - terrible customer service

Being a loyal client to Telkom for many years I am so appalled by the service I now receive. I have moved premises the beginning of October and have since been trying to have my line cancelled or relocated after calling a few times I then finally received a Reference no:366632 Ever since I received this no. and have tried to call for feedback I keep getting told that someone will call me back and to date after about 5 "we will get a senior consultant to call you" No ONE has called I now get a new bill charging me for services I don't even have... I hope this gets the attention of some at Telkom.... And this matter is addressed
