Telkom terrible customer service and slow data speeds

I reside in Parow Valley and have been faced with ridiculously slow lte and data speeds of less than 1mbps from telkom for the past couple of months. I have complained to Telkom on numerous occasions but they refuse to take me seriously and ignore my emails. I have been with telkom for many years now and have multiple accounts with them. Many of my friends and family members have been faced with the same problem in various areas. This clearly shows that telkom does not take pride in customer satisfaction and does not care about customers struggling with the Telkom network.
