Telkom terrible customer service

Horrible, horrible service!!!!! My mother is almost 80 years old and cannot go to a store to update the email address where her statements are sent too. The app that I tried creating an account for her Does not work. On facebook messenger they ignore you. No email to contact them and don’t even get me startee on the terrible call centre that says they can’t help. You’re telling me that calling the call centre and they can’t update an email address???? I am so annoyed. No one can help with a SIMPLE request.
