TELKOM TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I have app**** twice for the recent data promo's that Telkom had on special </p> <p> </p> <p>July Big Deal 20GB + 20GB</p> <p>Aug Promo 10GB + 10GB</p> <p> </p> <p>I received email and sms confirmations on both occasions confirming receipt of my order and that I should expect a call from TELKOM from a 012- ********** number, and on both occasions they dialled and as soon as I said "HELLO" they hung... I have the call log to prove...</p> <p>This is really unprofessional.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am MOST worried at this stage as the online application requested my banking details so I don't want to be billed for something I didn't approve via their call centre agent!!...</p> <p> </p> <p>UTTERLY DISSAPOINTED</p> <p> </p> <p>MARIAM</p> <p> ********** 125</p> <p> </p>
