TELKOM TERRIBLE CONTRACT

I have a contract with Telkom and their agent recommended I make a manual payment after I missed one payment which accumulated and became 2x payment. on the 27th of June I did pay that amount, Until today they haven't updated their system I call them every day NO ASSISTANCE, Instead I send my bank statement to them everytime I call...... only to find out every call I logged they say its resolved on their WEBSITE. Telkom and ******* tendencies its same Whatsapp group NEVER AGAIN TERRIBLE PROCESS AND SERVICE & I DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALLL!!!!!
