Telkom terrible auto met service

I received a call from Telkom for unlimited WiFi. Went through process and told I would receive a call within 7 business days. This call was on 28 March 2018. Nothing transpired so I went in to the Telkom shop at La Lucia mall. Needless to say no feedback to date. Sent a message to Telkom and guess what no feedback again. I am an existing Telkom client and with service like this I seriously considering terminating their services.
