Telkom Terrible

Telkom network is the worst I don't wanna lie, it's absolutely terrible I got an emergency airtime but when I try calling someone it told me that my balance is insufficient I can't make a call, that time it was an emergency, and when I checked the balance I do have emergency airtime but I can't make calls with it the saddest part is that I have to repay them back for something that I didn't even use.. that's Telkom
