Telkom TERRIBLE!!!!

Switching from my previous network provider to Telkom arguably has to have been the worst decision I have ever made. The network issues are insanely irritating. Unless I’m connected to the WiFi, chances are, I will end up not being able to send texts, receive emails and or miss communications because the network reception is so poor. Calling the helpdesk for assistance is equally unhelpful because let’s face it , call times up to 45 minutes to speak to an agent who also doesn’t know what to do.

I’m highly disappointed in Telkom!
