Telkom - TERRIBLE

Telkom is the WORST and most terrible provider I have EVER come across!!!!!!!!! They suck for home Wi-Fi and they suck for cellphone contracts. If I knew then what I know now about them I wouldn't have wasted my money!!!!! All they do is ***** your money. I put in a dispute on 16 May 2018 and I was then told that it takes 7 - 10 working days for it to be sorted out, there is all of a sudden a "back log" now. It is a month later and still NOTHING has been resolved. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!
