Telkom terrble experiance

I ordered a mobile phone from Telkom online shop. They take your money and 7 work days later I received it. Now yet another 7 days later and my sim is still not active. Called them 6 times most useless customer service. Everyone keep giving me the other number. Truly horrible experience. I have called: 081180, 10213, 10120, 10217.
