Telkom terminates all my cellphone contracts

<p><br />I sent a request to telkom on 9 July to change my one cellphone number to a pay as you go. I sent the same request in August and wrote a review on hellopeter. Telkom contacts me only after I put it on this website. I have to send the request to telkom again. Since 21 Speptember I do not have cellphone service on any of my numbers as Telkom terminated all my contracts. Administration is non existent at telkom! I requested for my numbers to be reactivated where they say it takes up to 72 hours. It is still not done. I am loosing clients as they cannot get hold of me. My numbers needs to be reactivated!
