TELKOM Terminated my service (but I don't owe them)

Telkom suspended my services with the reason that I owe them 10 000 money for the contract phone. Case ***5. I don't owe them a cent and I can't remember any debit orders bounced on my accounts. When I call the consultant, they take me from one person to another and some they drop my calls. I'm sick of their filthy service, I can't do my job bcs I always depend on the WiFi from the phone. I have two days without performing my duty but at the end of the month I'll be expected to pay them for this nonsense service I get.

Telkom should take their phone back and terminate the contract with them if this is how they treat their honest,Reliable and regular customers . Sad customer ***
