TELKOM TERIBLE SERVICE

Another week past and NO feedback from Telkom. Still unable to use my cellphone....not registered on network...…..no connection...…………...and it goes on!!!! Unable to receive or make calls, unable to send messages, to email or WhatsApp!!! What am I paying for?????
