Telkom - Terence (Field Agent)

We recently reported a fault on our Telkom line ***. Terence went out of his way to help restore the service on our line - even making himself available on a Saturday morning to help resolve the issue. If all Telkom employees shared his attitude i'm sure they would gain alot more loyal customers.
