Telkom! - Telkom WHO?????

Since writing a report on Telkom's poor service and receiving their Fault logging number on 25/11/2019, I have spoken to the online staff on about 4 occasions and nobody could assist, but everybody has escalated the complaint, but to date 2/12/2019, I have YET not heard another word OR any technical assistance. How must I send emails which are urgent. This really "stinks".
