Justst when think Telkom services are improving, they disappoint you again. At least their telephone assistance service is answered with a shorter waiting time.

I lodge a technical problem ***, as I have been unable to send emails about 5 days ago. A technician was supposed to contact me as the assistant on line was unable to assist. To this minute I have not heard a word. In spite of phoning 10210 to inquire about delay.

Being a loyal Telkom "survivor" for as long as I know I prefer to remain a "T" user, but silence from a service provider stinks.
