Telkom/Telkom Internet useless

This is a hybrid complaint that covers late/no delivery and also no feedback/response. Its been 12 days and not only has nothing occured regarding my ftth installation, but iv'e also had NO feedback since putting the application through. Its ridiculous how Telkom handle existing and potential clients. I need internet to run my business, iv'e been sitting without. Telkom is most definitely the most useless telecoms company in the world. I'm seriously considering cancelling the application and getting ftth from more competent ISP's. This is pathetic. Then again, Telkom is a state-owned parastatal, that's why they useless and they don't care about the consumer. Telkom would rather lose a customer or take their sweet time. I tell everybody, STAY AWAY from telkom and rather use other ISP's that can actually follow through on a order. If you don't want to lose money, stay away from Telkom. They ***********, they the Eskom of telecommunications. Pathetic and poor service.
