Telkom Telkom

Dispite several complaints on Hellopeter and Facebook no communication what so ever from Telkom. Tried againe to call them on several occations. They just put you on hold and then after a period just disconnect. How do I get Telkom to rectify their mistakes. Must I wait for them to take me to court and then make fools of them and also countersue them? They just dont care to help. It is so bad, No service at all from Telkom.
