Telkom telesales are *****s and Telkom has zero customer service

Telkom sent me a phone via the couriers in January of this year, which is not what I ordered. I sent them mails soon thereafter to recollect this items that they sent. They have been passing the buck and no one can assist. Telkom said that I have to contact the courier who send it to me, another telkom assistant then tell me to return it to the store who in turn tell me to send an email to 10213. Three months later and no one has bothered to collect the phone while I m being billed for it. I have reference numbers and have sent various mails and this matter is still not resolved and my account to be refunded and this junk to be collected.
