Telkom (telephone sales) contracts not worth the price

I was offered a telephonic contract which was tempting, and l took it. l was promised to be given all the offerings in writing after l got the phone. lt has been 2 weeks now, nothing! l am worried that l might have been de*****ed to pay for this contract but none of the benefits l will enjoy. By the way, l bought it for my wife, but now it is becoming a waste-gift!
