Telkom telephone pole

I have a Telkom telephone pole in my backyard that is pressing against the wall between my neighbour and I. I have been asking Telkom for TWO YEARS to come and straighten the pole as it is not anc****d anymore. Should the pole fall, I will need to replace the wall and then the costs will be on me. Highly dissapointed and disgusted with Telkom!
