Telkom telephone package STILL not cancelled

My adsl account was supposed to have been closed months ago when i moved house. I still see there is a bill outstanding and it has not been closed. I have emailed multiple times with no response. It seems when i log a query online its gets marked as completed or such as it "disappears. The number in question is ********** 434. I refuse to pay for poor service
