Telkom Telephone Line Installation.

I noticed a telephone line hanging in loops ****erally) over my yard, laid across trees and over my garage roof. Someone also damaged my wall by the way. I do not know if this is Telkom's installation (nowadays one just cannot be sure), or if it is *******. I called the Telkom Crime Hotline. The man there said I must call 10212. That number does not exist! If you call 10213 there is a great hullabaloo about staff shortages and they want your identity number. I am not a Telkom landline client. Why should I give my identity number? If anyone cares, I am keeping photos as evidence of this installation. I want to clean up my yard next week, and it involves pruning the tree where one of those loops goes over & through. If I cut that loop-de-loop line, Telkom must not be angry with me. Getting a hold of a responsible person at Telkom that can help you is just too much PT! Since I am not a Telkom landline client, and I am not the one who installed the line, I do not see why I have to waste cell phone money and time to try and contact invisible and seemingly untouchable Telkom people. I did what I could.
