Telkom telemarketing

Telkom telemarketing department are very misleading,they will tell you anything just to make a sale. You rather go into a Telkom store were you even have a catalog and a consultant in front of you. Telemarketing guys call me all the time trying to get me to migrate from wifi adsl to fibre saying that copper lines are being discontinued in my area...so why is this same deal being advertised on the catalog. Anycase im in a binding contract with Telkom for 2years and they are obliged to service me throughout the duration of the remaining time. But these telemarketers insist on a free upgrade even though that upgrade is going to push your monthly installment up by R300 more over and above what you already paying. So please if you want to get the best deal speak to a consultant IN STORE and not over the phone.
