Telkom (telecommunications) called my mom to interest her on a router which she posted for a phone too, they then 2weeks later advised she does not qualify for the phone only the router. She advised the agent to call her when I am around or call me as she is not well informed about these things therefore she can't make a decision. The agent never called my mom to this day, yet debit order keeps going off from July. So she is being debited for goods she does not have that is *****ing. They even don't care about customers. I have tried to reach out to them on Twitter, sent them the proof of deductions as they requested they just don't care about anyone. They are *******.
