Telkom technicians service unacceptable

I find the service of Telkom technicians unacceptable. My mother-in-law [Louella Charles ( ********** ) - ref. ********** 97835] is moving into new premises & requires the service of Telkom to uninstall the phone line in her old premises & to be installed at the new property. She was assisted by a technician by the name of Sinda, who assisted with the uninstallation on 03/08/2018 & was suppose to return by 07/08/2018 & to date has not in order to complete the installation at the new premises.
